First and foremost, we apologize for the inconvenience. Just notify our staff of the item make and model that was received. We will gladly send you an RMA label for its return. Once confirmed, we will express ship the correct garment to ensure fast and safe arrival.
All garments will be accepted for returns as long as a request is issued within 30 days of reception. Boot & Cod will issue a refund upon receiving and confirming RMA. Customers must file for return through Boot & Cod Customer Service and receive a confirmation prior to shipping out any garment. All returned shipments must be in original condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged). In the event that an item is altered, worn, or damaged, the garment will be shipped back to the customer with no credit provided.
